As Nonprofitability's leader, Dr. Chambliss oversees the development of the firm’s strategy, facilitation methods, research, client relationships, and talent.
Shantell received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, and her PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University all with specializations in Human Resource & Organizational Development. She is also a graduate of Nonprofit Learning Point’s Emerging Nonprofit Leaders program and holds a Certificate in Fund Development from the University of Richmond.
